Special Notes For Members:

No Member Deer Hunting: Deer hunting by members on the preserve is not permitted. CCU registered guides and owners and their children may occasionally deer hunt on the preserve during limited times and seasons. However, deer hunting will never interfere with upland game hunting.

Discipline: All CCU Members and Visitors are expected to exhibit safe and  courteous behavior at all times. Anyone deviating from such behavior may be warned and/or punished in any manner by CCU personnel. All decisions of CCU personnel regarding such incidents are final and not reviewable. Such activity may result in forfeiture of membership or guest rights. Any such decisions are at the sole discretion of CCU personnel. CCU is not responsible for any financial or game loss that may occur, and no refunds will  be given.
